About Sugarloaf

Sugarloaf Vapor was established in 2014 in the area surrounding Sugarloaf Mountain in Maryland.  We grew up hiking and climbing the mountain, enjoying the natural scenery and great views.  We use the same farm fresh mentality as local butchers, orchards, wineries, and farms. Our team is family oriented, closely knit and committed to quality service in everything that we do.

Ingredients

We use USP food grade Vegetable Glycerine and Propylene Glycol in our liquid base, natural and artificial flavorings, and nicotine that is laboratory GC/MS verified.  We don't use any ingredients that contain Diacetyl. We don't use any artificial sweeteners. We spend a long time in the lab perfecting our recipes before they are released.  Our juice is crafted with a Max VG blend which ranges from 75/25% VG/PG up to 90/10% VG/PG depending the flavor. We would love to hear from you if you have any other questions regarding our ingredients.

Shipping

We ship within the United States only. Our orders are carefully packaged with bubble wrap and bubble mailers or padded boxes.  We ship with USPS First-Class, Priority, and Priority Express shipping options.  Orders are typically shipped within 12-48 hours from our east coast location in Maryland.   Tracking information will be provided to you via e-mail.  We cannot ship internationally at this time due to issues with customs.

Your satisfaction as a customer is extremely important to us.  We will do everything in our power to assist you with your needs.  Please review the information below and contact Sugarloaf Vapor customer support if you have any questions or concerns.

We offer 30-day money back guarantee returns on all unopened mechanical mods and electronic cigarette hardware in their original packaging; we do not offer refunds on any liquids, e-liquids, or apparel because of possible contamination.  Misused, damaged, or broken hardware will not be refunded. All returned merchandise must be sent within 30-days of the original purchase date. Sugarloaf Vapor does not refund any shipping costs unless products were shipped to you in error.
